We are proud to reflect on another strong year for health and safety performance across the Horbury Group. Throughout 2024, our teams on sites across the UK have continued to demonstrate their commitment to keeping everyone safe.
Our RONM (Report of Near Miss) system continues to play a vital role in our safety culture, encouraging everyone on site to report potential hazards before they cause harm. The monthly RONM Award has proved a great success in recognising those who go above and beyond.
