B3 Southbank Place
Southbank B3 is part of a major development to revitalise the area around the landmark Shell Centre, named Southbank Place. The building consists of 302 residential units across 29 storeys with a combination of PRS, affordable and assisted living apartments.
Horbury Building Systems were responsible for supply and installation of the drylining works — partitions, ceilings, tape and jointing, mist coat, SAS corridor ceilings and prefabricated Coffer ceilings to reception areas and communal corridors.
Titan Interior Solutions carried out second fix joinery works including Italian wardrobes, Luconi winter garden glass sliding screens, communal timber panelling, bathroom vanity cabinets, Corium worktops, bespoke TV units, bespoke 7-metre glass fins to form a feature wall in the reception, fire rated entrance lobby screens, and luxury post boxes.
