Project Overview

The Battersea Power Station Redevelopment in London is a £9bn masterplan focused on revitalising the Grade II listed building and surrounding area to create a new, vibrant community. Horbury have been a significant part of this development, working as a sub-contractor on Phase 1–3 for multiple Main Contractors.

The Group has delivered over £25m packages of ceilings, partitions and joinery works across 978 apartments with a further £6m worth of work still to be constructed.

In 2016, Titan Interior Solutions were appointed by Carillion on Phase 1 to deliver general and bespoke joinery to 328 new build, luxury apartments. The second phase saw Titan Interior Solutions deliver a £11m ceilings and partitions package inside the refurbished Power Station itself. Titan Interior Solutions then commenced Phase 3 for Sir Robert McAlpine — supply and installation of all internal joinery to 528 apartments.
