Sitting alongside the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, the £57m redevelopment is part of the vibrant South Bank regeneration — formerly renowned as one of the most historic buildings in Leeds. This scheme features two residential buildings, including 245 build-to-rent apartments, ground floor commercial spaces and public amenities.
Titan Interior Solutions were appointed to supply and install the doorsets, ironmongery, skirting and window boards across all apartments and communal space.
