The £56m flagship project provides a designated hub for the University of Birmingham's Schools of Chemistry and Geography, Earth & Environmental Sciences. The Molecular Sciences Building strengthens core research capabilities in chemical, environmental and biomolecular sciences.

Titan Interior Solutions were appointed to deliver the glazed partitions package, along with all plasterboard systems including insulation, tape and jointing, bulkheads, MF ceilings, suspended ceilings and external linings.
